It is not clear what influence Bond's letter will have on the decision to grant Simpson's release.
Simpson was jailed in 2008 following an armed robbery and kidnapping case.
Simpson was acquitted in 1995 of murder charges in the 1994 slayings of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman.
Simpson's attorney revealed that Simpson would be moving to Florida once he is released from a Nevada prison where he has spent the last nine years serving out a 2008 robbery conviction, the New York Post reported.
Simpson said during his parole hearing that he was planning to return to Florida, where he lived before his conviction, and where some of his family remains.
O.J. Simpson wants to serve out his parole in Florida when he is released from prison in the next few days, but at least one high-ranking Sunshine State official wants his residency rejected.
In July, a parole board ruled the former National Football League player, movie star, and sportscaster would be eligible for parole as of October 1.
Simpson, 70, plans to relocate to Florida following his release from the Lovelock Correctional Center, the medium-security prison in Nevada where he has been serving his sentence, said his lawyer, Malcolm LaVergne. "Maybe not the first day or second, but he is going to go out". There has been speculation that he'd move to St. Petersburg where his two grown children, Justin and Sydney, now live.
Of course, Simpson's life has been anything but "conflict-free".
The Nevada Board of Parole rules bluntly state: "You shall not associate with convicted felons, persons who are engaged in criminal activity, or other persons with who your supervising officer instructs you not to associate".
When in Nevada, Simpson will have to abide by the state's terms of parole until it expires in 2022, as specified in his case. "The Juice" who was an National Football League star and a suspect of two murders will be released on either Sunday or Monday.
"There are times due to concern for the safety of the inmate and or the public that arrangements are made to go explain terms and conditions offsite", Arruti told CNN. He said the family will continue to seek payment.
While a large part of her letter opposes Simpson coming to Florida, Bondi also lays out restrictions that she wants should he make the move, including an electronic monitoring bracelet and regular drug and alcohol tests.
