Troubles seem to be never-ending for England's star all-rounder Ben Stokes.
"Hello you c***", Harvey responded, before the presenter said sorry to the audience for his offensive language.
Stokes was arrested after an incident which left a 27-year-old man needing hospital treatment for facial injuries.
"Harvey what do you say when people are being mean?" he asked in a faked accent, staring into the camera.
"Hello you c--s", he says, answering his own question and making an obscene hand gesture.
That decision was prompted by the Sun newspaper publishing footage of the late night incident that came after Sunday's one-day global against West Indies in Bristol and saw Stokes arrested before being released under investigation.
"Andrew Strauss, director of England cricket, will today refer the internal disciplinary procedure for these two players to the Cricket Discipline Commission, chaired by Tim O'Gorman".
The Sun subsequently released vision of the shocking street fight, showing Stokes throwing a flurry of punches at two men.
As the vice-captain of the England cricket team, Stokes is speculated to play a major role in the upcoming Ashes series against arch-rivals Australia.
The ECB said in a statement on Thursday that both Stokes and teammate Alex Hales remained on full pay pending further investigation into the bar brawl.
Stokes was suspended from all British global cricket matches "until further notice" following his arrest over a brawl earlier this week.
'Not only does it fiercely upset and hurt me and family, Harvey is very fortunate to not understand but I do and I will do everything in my power to make sure these trolling bullies get punished, ' the mum-of-five said at the time.
"It's something that obviously we didn't want to go through, and hope we don't go through again", added Bayliss, who had previously spoken of his disappointment that Stokes had been out as late as 2:35 am (0135 GMT), when police were called to the incident, while defending the decision to retain the "cricket leader" as vice-captain of the Test side.
