"America's Got Talent" airs on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 8/7c on NBC. But the talented 12-year-old quickly captured the hearts of millions around the world with her voice (s) and those insane puppets.

The rest of the winners were, Angelica Hale who was runner-up, Light Balance was placed at third, fourth placed Mandy Harvey and fifth was Sara Carson and Hero.

Darci Lynne was overwhelmed with emotion during the final moments of the competition.

Manuel Agnelli, the vocalist of the Italian rock band Afterhours, told his fellow judges: "I'm impressed by how young she is - by how far she can go from here on". "I'm so sad it's ending", she said.

The Oklahoma native said that just before going on stage, she still gets "super duper nervous, like I nearly going to puke".

While she only started developing her skills two years ago, fans would have had no idea when she took to the stage Tuesday night.

Darci Lynne farmer won "America's Got Talent" Season 12 after receiving the highest number of votes from viewers.

'Tonight, again, I've just witnessed a star emerge because that's what you are.

Once Darci was announced as the victor, Angelica's crying immediately stopped however, suggesting that her tears had more to do with stress and less to do with the show's outcome. Tyra Banks said you set a record with the most votes ever received for any episode of "AGT".
